Siegel Construction is the end result of a quest undertaken by its founders to bring to modest-size Healthcare Facility projects the same high level of professionalism and responsiveness that large construction companies are known for.

We have learned and developed similar, yet improved sophisticated processes and procedures that are employed by the largest and most technologically-savvy companies. These technologies include:

  • Web-based application that allows doctors, architects, and subcontractors to securely access, review and update project reports, daily notes, pictures, documents and plans 24/7 from any place in the world that has internet connection.
  • Mobile devices that allow project managers to communicate more efficiently. These tools alone have enabled our project managers to cut their travel time almost in half. They now spend more time actually managing the project.
  • New subcontractors screening process to make sure that our team is assembled with true professionals. We trace and track past completed projects, previous claims and nature of the problems, as well as information on all previously unfinished projects.
