Project Description
Siegel Construction served as a General Contractor for the dental practice that included 3 Operatories, X-Ray, Lab, and Sterilization rooms, Patient Consultation room, and Business office. During preconstruction phase Siegel was required to complete the project in specific timelines.
As a result of early planning and logistics, the number of change orders was minimized, underground and rough phases were completed ahead of the schedule, and requirements of Equipment and Cabinetry providers were obtained swiftly. In addition to construction, Siegel provided scheduling, logistics, cost control, quality control, change order administration, and MEP coordination services. The project was completed on time and on budget
