Siegel provides General Contractor services for the general dentistry office located in Rolling Meadows, IL. The new office will be part of the of the 3 story building that was built in 1970s. Dental Office includes 4 Operatories, sterilization, laboratory, doctor’s office, x-ray, and staff lounge.
In the pre-construction phase Siegel provided:
- Project budgeting services
- Project scheduling
- Constructability review
- Interior design services
- Preparation of construction documents
- Design quality assurance throughout the design process
The construction phase includes:
- Schedule Control
- Budget Control
- Change order review
- Site logistics
- Inspections and trades coordination
- Cabinetry and equipment install coordination
- Financial reports and final document coordination
- Building management coordination
- Interior Design Quality Assurance
